Plus an hourly rate of $65 (GST inclusive) to visit with the person, make checks, provide consents, attend reviews and/or provide reports. Note: Monthly visits are recommended.

Flat fee, with additional expenses as negotiated. 

Reduced rates for 'Not for Profits' organizations applying on behalf of a person with a disability or impairment of $200

AGST to draw up and/or apply in URGENT cases (less than 48 hours)

$100 extra
